Directions

Tobermory is on the Island of Mull and is only accessible by ferry. Three ferry services operate all year round from the mainland. These are Oban - Craignure, Lochaline - Fishnish and Kilchoan - Tobermory and are operated by Cal-Mac. Please visit their web site www.calmac.co.uk for timetable, fare and booking information. We do recommend that all Oban / Craignure ferries are booked in advance as this is the most popular crossing and is very busy all year round.

After you disembark at either Craignure or Fishnish, proceed off the ferry. At the junction with the main road, turn right and travel straight along the A848 for 20 miles or 14 miles respectively, where you will be greeted with the "Welcome to Tobermory" road sign.
